What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to join our growing mobile team. You will build production-grade iOS & Android applications for our global clients from MVPs to large-scale enterprise products. As an official Flutter Certified Consultancy, you'll work with the best in the industry.

Design and develop high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Dart code
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces
Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, Supabase, and third-party SDKs
Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider)
Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and UI issues
Build and maintain reusable Flutter widgets and component libraries
Write unit, widget, and integration tests for critical app flows
Optimize app startup time, frame rate, and memory usage
Implement push notifications using FCM and OneSignal
Manage app releases on App Store and Google Play Store
Work closely with backend engineers to define API contracts
Implement deep linking, dynamic links, and universal links
Integrate analytics tools (Mixpanel, Firebase Analytics, Amplitude)
Follow Git branching strategies and participate in PR reviews
Set up CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or Codemagic
Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
Stay current with Flutter releases, Dart updates, and ecosystem trends
Your Qualifications
Must Have
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional Flutter & Dart development experience
- Strong understanding of Flutter widget tree and rendering pipeline
- Experience with state management (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider)
- Proficiency in REST API integration and JSON serialization
- Hands-on experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
- Published at least one app on App Store or Google Play
- Understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bonus Points
Nice to Have
- Experience with FlutterFlow development
- Published packages on pub.dev
- Knowledge of RevenueCat for in-app purchases
- Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop
- Familiarity with Figma for design handoff

Is this position fully remote?
Yes this is a remote-first role. You can work from anywhere. We have optional office space in Surat, India if you're local.
What is the interview process like?
It's a 4-step process: application review, HR screening call (30 mins), technical round, and a final team meeting. We aim to complete the process within 2 weeks.
What if I don't meet all the requirements?

Do you offer visa sponsorship?
Currently we hire on a contractor basis worldwide and full-time within India. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time, but this may change as we grow.
