About the Role
What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to build modern, scalable web applications using Next.js and Node.js. You'll work across the entire stack from designing pixel-perfect UIs to building robust backend APIs and deploying to cloud infrastructure.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js and Node.js
Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
Work with databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, AWS, or GCP
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Optimize application performance and Core Web Vitals scores
Collaborate closely with designers and product managers
Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
Your Qualifications
Must Have
Required Skills
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in Next.js (App Router) and React
- Backend experience with Node.js and Express
- Database knowledge: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of web security principles
Bonus Points
Nice to Have
- Experience with Supabase or Firebase
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience with real-time systems using WebSockets
- Open-source contributions on GitHub

Is this position fully remote?
Yes this is a remote-first role. You can work from anywhere. We have optional office space in Surat, India if you're local.
What is the interview process like?
It's a 4-step process: application review, HR screening call (30 mins), technical round, and a final team meeting. We aim to complete the process within 2 weeks.
What if I don't meet all the requirements?

Do you offer visa sponsorship?
Currently we hire on a contractor basis worldwide and full-time within India. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time, but this may change as we grow.
