About the Role
What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects from discovery to delivery. You'll be the bridge between clients and our engineering teams, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on scope, and above expectations.

Manage end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projects
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
Lead daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
Act as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and status reports
Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and QA
Ensure strict adherence to agile/scrum methodologies
Your Qualifications
Must Have
Required Skills
- 3+ years of project management experience in a software company
- Proven experience delivering mobile or web development projects
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum frameworks
- Excellent communication and client management skills in English
- Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Linear, or Asana
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred

Nice to Have
- Technical background in software development
- Experience managing remote-first international teams
- Knowledge of mobile app and web development workflows
- Experience with CRM and proposal tools
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles

Is this position fully remote?
Yes this is a remote-first role. You can work from anywhere. We have optional office space in Surat, India if you're local.
What is the interview process like?
It's a 4-step process: application review, HR screening call (30 mins), technical round, and a final team meeting. We aim to complete the process within 2 weeks.

Do you offer visa sponsorship?
Currently we hire on a contractor basis worldwide and full-time within India. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time, but this may change as we grow.
