About the Role
What You'll Be Doing
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create visually stunning and intuitive digital experiences for our global clients. You'll work closely with developers to bring designs to life across mobile apps and web platforms from wireframe to final pixel.

FigmaKey Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually compelling UI/UX for mobile apps and web
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs
Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with Flutter and web developers for accurate design handoff
Design responsive layouts for iOS, Android, and web
Create micro-interaction specifications and motion design guidelines
Present and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders
Your Qualifications
Must Have
Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Mastery of Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app and web design work
- Understanding of iOS HIG and Material Design guidelines
- Proficiency in creating responsive, adaptive layouts
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and accessibility (WCAG) standards
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills for design presentation and client calls
Bonus Points
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion design (Lottie, After Effects)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration
- Experience designing for Flutter or React Native
- Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing
- Illustration or branding skills

Is this position fully remote?
Yes this is a remote-first role. You can work from anywhere. We have optional office space in Surat, India if you're local.
What is the interview process like?
It's a 4-step process: application review, HR screening call (30 mins), technical round, and a final team meeting. We aim to complete the process within 2 weeks.
What if I don't meet all the requirements?

Do you offer visa sponsorship?
Currently we hire on a contractor basis worldwide and full-time within India. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time, but this may change as we grow.
